Effectiveness of Spyware Removal:

Spyware Detector was tested thoroughly on a num ber of PC's at a local cyber cafe and on the computers at our local library where spyware and adware infections are more numerous and difficult to remove than that found on the typical home PC.

Many of the spyware infections found on these machines were removed using the automated scan engine in as little as 5 minutes.

A handful of the more troublesome spyware remained but were  removed painlessly through the help of Spyware Detector's built-in support features which are discussed below.

Much to our surprise, when we contacted Spyware Detector support about the spyware problems not fixed with their scanner, the support team was extremely responsive and eager to help.

They asked us to provide as many details as possible about the problem and worked with us until the problem was solved and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the solution provided.

Updates:
Since our initial review of Spyware Detector they have added an advanced support feature that allows you to automatically send their support staff the results of your spyware scan.
This allows them to personally analyse and diagnose your problem if any spyware remains on your PC after running a spyware scan.

To our knowledge, they are the only spyware remover vendor offering this feature and it represents a step forward in the evolution of spyware detection solutions to combat the increasing complexity of removing spyware and adware.
To use this feature, simply run a "Full Scan" and after it has completed click on the "Export Worms" button.
This will allow you to send a report directly to support to analyse your infections and get back to you with the proper line of action.
